Avio fiber parts come out of production with a white gelcoat applied and visible seams from the molding tool. A white gelcoat offers a smooth and stable finish that enables an easy upgrade and personalization of the final look using spray paint and/or a decals design.
You can choose to paint:
You can choose one or more color(s) to personalize the design of your bike and match your style. The painting basic offer includes one color for all pieces, but you can easily upgrade to as many different colors as you wish. All fairing colors will be specified using RAL color codes from the Carbonin color list, which you can download here.
If you decide to have decal designs applied too, our designer will help you match the colors of the painting and decals in the decal designing phase.
To achieve durable and quality application of decal designs on avio fiber parts it is necessary to paint them first. You can decide to place the stickers directly on the white gel coat, but if you go with that option, we cannot guarantee the quality of the application.
The fiber patterns of carbon fiber parts have a unique look that we can polish to a shiny finish and to which we can apply decal designs directly. The parts are not painted, but, if you wish, we can paint the carbon fiber parts, too. If you choose that option, bear in mind that everything we stated above about avio fiber painting is valid for carbon fiber painting.
